Returns and Cancellations

All firearm and ammunition sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for firearms or ammunition. If you are not successful in passing the NICS background check, once we receive the firearm back from your FFL, you will be refunded the purchase price of the firearm, minus a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, minus the outgoing shipping costs, and minus the return shipping costs. Please understand that once you purchase a firearm from us, we incur expenses, and we remove the firearm from sales circulation and lose the immediate opportunity to sell it to someone else.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the law of the state that they reside in. Once the order is placed by a customer, expenses are already incurred on their behalf. If after purchasing a firearm from us, they later discover that their state laws prohibit them from transferring the firearm to them, and the receiving FFL will not release it, the customer will need to arrange return shipment at their expense and will incur an additional 20% cancellation fee to cover the additional expenses incurred. As such, the customer needs to ensure they have thoroughly researched their state firearm laws BEFORE making a purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your non-firearms/non-ammunition purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

All firearm orders require FFL paperwork to ship. Firearm orders over 15-days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 25% restocking fee.

Financed or lay-a-way orders are not eligible for cancellation for any reason.

Firearms found to be defective may be returned so long as they have not been transferred and removed from the FFL. Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used, even if unfired. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at their FFL prior to accepting it into their possession. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however by purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).

We are unable to process cancellations, returns or refunds for silencers or any NFA items once we have started the Form 3 or Form 4 ATF paperwork. If you would like to change your order to another model after the Form 3 or Form 4 is in progress you will be required to pay the difference in price, a $100 change fee, plus any applicable shipping charges to have the silencer or NFA item returned.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold “as is” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, unless found to be defective prior to transfer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
5. Ammunition.

We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
